Flashy Editing Limited only collects the data needed to answer your requests, produce your videos, recruit and keep you informed. We never sell your data.

This policy applies in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Card details are processed directly by Airwallex or PayPal; we have no access to them.
3. Recipients
Your data is accessible to our team and, for materials to be edited, to our independent editors bound by confidentiality. We also use the following providers:
- Vercel: website hosting;
- Google (Drive, Calendar, Analytics): file storage, scheduling, statistics;
- Frame.io (Adobe): video delivery and review;
- WhatsApp (Meta): communication with clients and the team;
- Calendly: booking calls;
- Airwallex and PayPal: payments.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Flashy Editing is established in Hong Kong. Some providers are located in the United States, and our editors work in countries including Benin, Tunisia and Madagascar. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. A copy is available on request.
5. Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for it to work and Google Analytics audience measurement cookies. The latter are only set with your consent, collected via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@sevenmaji.fr. We reply within one month. You may also contact a supervisory authority: the CNIL in France, the ICO in the United Kingdom, the FDPIC in Switzerland or the PCPD in Hong Kong.
7. Security
We protect your data through restricted access, secure tools and deletion of files at the end of the periods stated above.
